About Me
Hello, my daughter is 4.5 years old and we’re looking for 1–2 days of care per week. Mondays are required, and Thursday is a nice-to-have if available.
I work from home most of the time, and our days have a shared rhythm where I may step out of work to spend one-on-one time with my daughter while childcare support shifts to household tasks.
My Requirements
This is a blended role combining childcare and light household support.
Tasks include:
• Engaged, warm care for our daughter (reading, imaginative play, outdoor time)
• Outdoor play and local outings, including taking her to activities (e.g. gymnastics)
• Cooking simple meals
• Laundry and tidying related to daily family life
• Light household organisation and errands when childcare is not needed
We’re looking for someone who is warm, bubbly, organised, and efficient, enjoys being active and outdoors, and is comfortable with a role that includes household tasks as a core part of the job, not as an occasional extra.
This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a childcare-only position.
