About Me
I am a kind and conscientious wife and mother to 3 with a passion for child development. In my spare time I enjoy nature, gardening, swimming, baking and spending time with my children and family.
My Experience
I have looked after children in one capacity or another for 15+ years, have lots of experience babysitting and working in a Montessori nursery and another nursery which used the curiosity approach. I also have experience of working in primary schools before opening my own tiney home nursery for childminding purposes over four years ago. I was also a gymnastics coach, teaching children from walking to adulthood until December 2025.

My Availability
Open all year with flexible working hours to meet parents needs. Available for school pick up & drop off at local schools also; including Lordship Farm School, Pixmore Junior School, Hillshott Infant and Primary School, St. Christopher's School and Garden City Academy.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour
My fees exclude all consumables including meals, snacks, nappies, wipes, suncream and formula.
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Lordship Farm Primary School

Roxy looked after my daughter a couple of years ago and we had a brilliant experience. She loved the outdoor space and had loads of lovely experiences like feeding the rabbits, seeing the ducklings hatch and many more. Roxy provided such a warm home-from-home environment and it was lovely for her to mix with children of different ages too. Would wholeheartedly recommend Roxy as a childminder :)

We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our children have received from Roxy. From the very beginning, it was clear that this is a warm, welcoming, and highly professional environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to grow.
Our children, aged from 4-7 years old have thrived under the care provided from Roxy. Each day there were fun activities, creative play, and opportunities to develop confidence and independence. It’s wonderful to see how much the children enjoyed their time at Roxy’s and how excited they are to go.
What really stands out is the genuine kindness, patience, and attention given to each child. Communication has always been excellent, and we’ve felt fully reassured knowing our children are in such capable and caring hands. The environment is both nurturing and well-organised, creating the perfect setting for young children to learn and flourish.
We highly recommend Roxy to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and professional place where their children will be truly cared for and happy.

Roxy took care of our daughter for 3 months until we had a change in circumstances (we hope she can go back later this year).
During that time our daughter always enjoyed going to Roxy's house, where lots of activities were prepared including educational (counting, reading), messy play and creative.
Roxy genuinely cares about the children she takes care of and puts in a lot of effort teaching, playing with and caring for them.
