I’m an NHS nurse who is looking for a flexible nanny/babysitter who can look after my son once I go back to work in October and he will also be six months old by that time.
My Requirements
As for the schedule, I have yet to speak with my manager with regards to the flexibility they want to give me as I am an NHS nurse, but definitely I need someone for the mornings and the evening as a typical nurse’s schedule is 7:30am-8pm.
His dad is working nights (fixed), so we will just be needing someone to help us out during those hours that either me or his dad are still on our way to work/home.
I might need occasional overnight services as I can also pick up night shifts.
I’m new to this whole hiring babysitters or childminders, so please do forgive any wrong terms I may have used and feel free to discuss your terms with me.
