Hi! My name is Josie I have recently qualified as a nurse from the University of York. I love to travel, read, learn languages and experience new cultures/meet new people.
My Experience
I began official childcare experience by volunteering my summer at a Nursery in 2021. In the summer of 2022, I worked as a camp counsellor in Massachusetts, USA and was responsible for leading different programs but also responsible for the well-being of my entire cabin. During this time, I developed my skills with working with a whole range of children, from those with ADHD to OCD, homesick children or quiet, more reserved. During my time as a student nurse, I have also completed placements on paediatric wards. Aside from formal experience, I have four sisters, two of whom are 5 & 2 so I have the experience of taking care of them.
My Qualifications
I have received my degree in Nursing as of August 2025.
My Availability
I am available on the weekends and most evenings.

We hired Josie for two separate events, one was for an all day wedding. She was so lovely, communicated well and my children really enjoyed playing with her. I would look to hire her again for sure. Thanks Josie x
