Family of 4 looking for nanny in SW London
My Requirements
We are a friendly family of 4 with 2 kids (4 year old girl, 6 month old girl). We are looking for a nanny to help our family (3 days a week during term time, and full time during school holidays). This will be an average of circa 33 hours per week over the year split as follows:
Term time: 3 days/week between 9 am and 7 pm
School holidays: 5 days/ week (for c. 8 weeks)
Start date: September (earlier or slightly later possible for the right candidate)
There is some flexibility if you are looking for a minimum number of hours which we can discuss.
Our youngest will be with you on the 3 days you are here, and at nursery on other days. Our eldest will start reception in September. The role will involve looking after the baby, dealing with school pick up and having both kids in the evening (including dinner, bath and bed). When there is some downtime during naps, we would like a bit of help around the house (meal prep, laundry and basic tidying). We have a cleaner.

Helen helped us for 10 weeks from when my daughter was a week old to 12 weeks. My husband and I could not have managed the initial phase without her. My surgery recovery was challenging as was my milk supply. Helen looked after our daughter with thought and care, and was super reassuring in how she handled the baby. She is experienced and has lots of tips and information, and helped us establish a feeding routine. She would always advise based on her experience but leave it to the mother's judgment, which I appreciated. We had a great experience and was very thankful for her presence in those early days.
