About Me

21 years of experience in nursery practice and management - fully trained with a foundation degree - SENCO and DSL experience. Fully safeguard trained, full first aid certificate- clear up to date DBS
SENDCo level 3 to be completed in December 2025.
Experienced with EYFS and able to use Tapestry to document progress.
I have built great relationships with parents and children.
i am confident with Ofsted, helping my setting to reach an outstanding / good score, especially with regards to supporting SEN children, planning and supporting children's learning goals and being 'the fun silly practitioner'.
I am looking to complete my full degree within the next few years.

My Experience

Experienced IN EYFS development matters, SENDCO, EAL, experience completing Bristol standard, creating reflective practice audits, i have experience working alongside other agencies and have made many referrals to relevant people.
I am experienced using EHCP forms and Support plans to enhance children's learning and gain relevant funding for children in need it.

CCLD level 3
EYFS Senior practitioner and leadership diploma Level 5
SENCO experience (due to complete level 3 SENDCo course in December)
