Karen was very welcoming to my wife and I from day one. Due to a last minute falling through of our original childcare plan, we were very desperate to get our little one year old into nursery as both parents work. Karen was very understanding of our situation and offered us a bespoke short term contract (around 4 weeks) to hold on to Mesi before a spot was to free up for her at nursery. Mesi has been taken care of well during her time with Karen. Karen had really helped us out when we needed help, and we would both recommend her any time.
