About Me

I am a non-driver Qualified Nanny with over 20 years experience working with children from birth to 12 years of age.
I can work solely and as part of the team with parents.
I can offer:
•care and support to children of most ages;
•feeding, washing, dressing, playing, reading, singing, setting up activities, organising play dates, outings, escorting them to and from school, homework help (depending on their age & stage of development) teaching them life skills, manners, encouraging independence and physical activity, bathing, sleeping etc.

My Experience

• I have worked with children from birth to 12 years of age for 20 years as a Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, Nursery Nurse and as a Nanny.
Currently I am employed as a part-time nanny on Tuesdays and Thursdays working with two children (4 and 7 years old).
I am available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from March 2026 and would like the new position to be working under a permanent contract all year around.
I have First Aid training & qualifications in Childcare Education and Development (CACHE Level 3 Certificate & Diploma)
I train regularly in:
Safeguarding Children
Paediatric First Aid
Children’s Behaviour Management
Early Years Foundation Stage
The Curriculum in England
Food Hygiene
Food Allergies
Health and Safety
Safer Eating, Sleeping, Nutrition, Learning and Development for the Under Twos etc.

Related to Childcare and Education I have •CACHE Level 3 (& 2) Certificate and Diploma in Childcare Education and Development

My Availability

From March 2026 I will be available to work under contract of employment on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (or a combination of two of the days mentioned) for up to 30 hours per week all year round.
Please note that as I do not drive; your location will need to be within easy access to public transport.
I do not accept cash in hand jobs based on zero hours contracts, ad-hoc work or self-employment contracts.
