I cannot recommend Tracy highly enough. She has been our childminder for around five years now, caring for both of my children, and they have loved every moment spent with her.

From day one, Tracy has provided a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment where my children have always felt happy, settled and cared for. She is incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful, and genuinely treats the children as if they were her own. It is clear how much she cares about each child and their individual needs.

Tracy always goes above and beyond, whether that’s planning fun and engaging activities, supporting their development, or simply being a reliable and reassuring presence in their lives. She keeps parents updated with photos, messages and regular communication, which has always given me complete peace of mind while my children are in her care.

Over the years, I have watched both of my children grow in confidence, independence and social skills, and Tracy has played a huge part in that. They have built such a special relationship with her and are always excited to see her.

Finding someone you trust completely with your children is priceless, and Tracy is exactly that person. We have been incredibly lucky to have her as part of our lives for so many years.

As my youngest gets ready to leave for school, I know she will miss Tracy enormously but honestly, it won’t just be my child who misses her. I will too. She has been such an important part of our family’s journey, and we will always be grateful for everything she has done for us.
