About Me
Hello.
My name is Tracy and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in New Addington.
My last inspection was in February 2020 where I was graded outstanding for the 3rd time in a row.
I am married with two boys of my own aged 21 and 18, who are both now at university. We have an indoor rabbit called Coco and the children love to feed and care for him.
I live in a 3 bedroom house with a garden with equipment for the children to play on. I also have a dedicated area for childminding with free flow into the garden.
I am CRB checked and have public liability insurance with childcare.co.uk.
I know how difficult it is for you to leave your children but I can assure you they will be loved and cared for while they are here and will no doubt become part of our family. They will feel safe and secure and have lots of fun while learning new skills through play.
I am an 'outdoorsy' setting (weather permitting) with regular visits to various parks, the woods and outdoor areas where the children can explore nature and get plenty of exercise in the fresh air. We also visit the soft play and arrange group outings to the farm.
I am a small, home from home setting but regularly meet up with other childminders so the children can mix with their peers in a larger group and make lots of friends.
I plan activities for the children following the EYFS framework, their interests and next steps.
I can provide excellent references from current and previous parents.
Breakfast is included depending on the time of arrival of your child, however a cold packed lunch and snacks will need to be provided by parents/ carers.
I accept all the funding from 9 months to 3 years, tax free childcare and universal credit. I am open all year round and take 6 weeks holiday throughout the year. I offer the funding 'stretched' over the year which equates to 24 hours per week. I do not offer term time only funding.

My Experience
I have been a registered childminder for 20 years.
I regularly did volunteer work at my sons pre school and primary school.
I have my own two children aged 21 and 18.
My Qualifications
NVQ3 in Childcare, Learning and Development.
Paediatric First Aid Trained.
Safeguarding Children.
I have undertaken various training courses and continually take ongoing training to improve myself and my business. My certificates are available to view on visits.
Last Ofsted inspection was Feb 2020 where I was graded OUTSTANDING for the third time in a row.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
£7.00 per hour.
Minimum of 6 hours per day and 2 days per week. Children must be in the setting for the core hours of 9am to 3pm due to our activities during the day.
My working hours are 8am to 5pm.
