Im Jo, im fun and outgoing, im not scared of getting dirty or wet, which i find a lot of children love!!!
I am very professional and hard working, i always give 100% in all that i do.
I have been married 17 yrs and enjoy a range of activities with my husband outside work including camping, fishing, theatre, charity events like abseiling/zipwire.
I am currently working part time in a nanny role, but have some mornings free for another part time nanny role. Please feel free to contact me with your requirements and we can work something out.

My Experience
I have worked in many different area's with children as detailed below.
I have worked as a Teaching Assistant in a EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) school, and have my NVQ level 3 in Teaching & Supporting in schools. I have worked with Yr.8 (12/13yr olds) and then i worked with Yr.11 (15/16yr olds) helping them towards their final exams.
I have worked as a nanny for the last 20 years, aswell as working within a school. I am qualified with my NVQ level 3 in childcare, food hygiene certificate level 2, Paediatric first aid certificate, British Sign Language level 1, Mental Health in children & Autism in Schools.
I started off at college to do my qualification in childcare, then i worked in 2 nurseries to gain experience, i did that for 2 yrs, but decided i wanted to be a nanny. I then wanted to further my career more and decided to become a Teaching Assistant, so again i went back to college! I continue to further my skills and knowledge by completing courses that will help me along the way.
I love working with children, i find it so very rewarding. I have experience of newborn - 18yrs and also experience in looking after twins and special educational needs/Behavioural needs.
I am married and live on the Wirral, i am willing to travel and i own my own car which is insured for business use, so i am able to use it for work.
I am very easy going although i am able to control children, i have lots of fun with the children including craft, messy play, cooking, nature walks and much more as i feel all children should experience different activites.
I am a competent cook, and would provide home cooked meals for your children and I am quite happy to incorporate any dietary requirements that are needed.
