I have worked in a nursery for 4 years. I have built positive relationships with parents and on a daily basis I communicate with them regarding their child. I pride myself on having the ability to comfort and calm children down when they are upset which often happens when they are new to nursery. I have a positive attitude and have a good relationship with staff members.
