About Me
Hello,
We are a family of four (with a Golden Doodle dog) looking for regular childcare a few days a week for our 2-year-old daughter, Ida.
Ida is a joy to be around - she loves to sing, dance, dress up, charge around the garden on her bike, make her babies cups of tea, glue anything she can find to a toilet roll tube, and snuggle up and read.
We practise a child-led approach at home, whilst maintaining consistent and appropriate boundaries. We feel strongly about teaching our children emotional intelligence, empathy, accountability, embracing mistakes, caring for ourselves, others and the planet, and having fun. We’d love to meet someone who is playful, kind, emotionally intelligent and who can build a lasting and nurturing relationship with Ida - and us. :)
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny to look after Ida 3 days a week (from 9.15am - 3.45pm). Our preference would be Mon, Tues and Weds each week, but we are currently quite flexible on days, as I (mother) am currently looking to get back into work. It would be great if you could prep lunches for Ida each day and take her on little outings to the park etc. She is currently growing out of her naps, but she sometimes sleeps while out on a walk in the buggy.
It would also be amazing if you’re occasionally available to babysit Ida and our 5-year-old son, Luca, for the odd evening, as we haven’t been to the cinema in 6 years and would love to eat out (without the kids) every now and then. :)
