My Son was 18 months when he first started with Reenu. Both myself n my partner are full-time working parents. So I was looking for childcare setting for my son which is safe, reliable & trustworthy. When I first met Reenu immediately felt this is the right person n right place for my child. Reenu is responsible, sensible & friendly childminder. She always update us with pictures, activities, celebrating birthdays & different occasions at her day care. My son loves going to Reenu & she takes good care of all the children. I hired Jade for the role of Nanny for my little boy who is now 14 months. we had commitment for 3 days a week for 4 hours a day from 12pm-4pm only. Just working after 3 days she left without giving a notice period. I’m glad we had granny at home for looking after my son. But I imagine if there was no granny I would have been in a terrible situation. We cannot force to keep someone for work if they don’t like it but serving a notice for maybe few days would have made things look more professional & a lot easier. My experience with Jade as Nanny is disappointing.
