My Requirements
Urgent Childcare Needed – Morning & After-School
Hi, I’m Sumaya, mum to two girls, Maliyah (nursery) and Maysa (reception). I’m currently doing my PGCE teacher training and my previous helper is no longer available, so I urgently need reliable childcare.
What I need:
Morning care: Arriving between 7:15–7:30am to get my girls ready and take them to school (school starts at 8:50am).
After-school care: Picking them up at 3:20pm and looking after them at my home until I’m back, latest 5:00pm. On some days, I’ll have dinner prepared and provide snacks.
Home care duties: Light tidying, helping with simple activities, engaging the girls, and offering food/snacks if needed.
Start date: ASAP – next week or week after.
Location: Must live nearby; happy to drop at school if you’re a childminder.
Duration: Until I finish my course in May/June.
Flexibility: Some mornings or afternoons may need slight adjustments depending on my training schedule.
Environment: Safe, nurturing, and structured care, supporting routines and comfort for my girls.
Funding: Ideally, Ofsted-registered so I can claim the 75% student childcare support.
Extra: If you’re a babysitter or nanny and can help at my home, please also contact me — I’m happy for flexible care with food/snacks, light tidying, and general support for the girls.
