My background includes working as a nursery SENDCo, where I played a key role in identifying any additional support required, writing and implementing plans and ensuring inclusive care. I have extensive experience providing one-to-one to children with a wide range of additional needs. This as well as formal training and personal experience has deepened my understanding and strengthened my confidence in supporting children and families.

I hold up-to-date DBS and first aid certificates, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
