My Summary

My Experience

I worked for APPA (Academy of Professional Physical Arts), a ballet school in Belfast for two years. Here I coached children in artistic gymnastics and acrobatics. This allowed me to develop my caring nature and understanding that every child has a different 'best' to aspire to. My role as learning support assistant enabled me to become very patient and understanding of the differences children both have and require in their education. I have been tutoring maths, English and science at GCSE level for the past year, as well as 11+.

My Qualifications

I have an MA degree in Environmental Humanities from Bristol University: merit.
I have an undergraduate degree in Environmental Geography from Cardiff university. Grade: 2:1.
I also have A level English, Art and Geography.
I have undertaken many courses throughout my time in a primary school, including;
'Keeping children Safe in Education'

'Health and Safety'
'Safeguarding'
'Supporting mental health and well-being of children'
'Adverse childhood experiences and trauma'

My Availability

I am available most evenings and some day times and weekends if pre-decided, for childcare or babysitting.
