Hello, I’m Lauren!
I currently work as an Early Years Practitioner at Active Angels Day Nursery. I am a bubbly individual who enjoys interacting with children and helping them to achieve their developmental goals in all of the prime areas. I am Level 2 qualified in Childcare and currently working towards my Level 3.
Although I love my job, my main goal in the future is to become a Primary School Teacher, so I would adore to help your little one in their studies! I hold three A levels which I completed last year.

My Experience
I am employed as an Early Years Practitioner at Active Angels Day Nursery. I have also worked at another nursery in Solihull for 8 months. I have worked with children from the age range of 4 months to 5 years old but I am currently based in the Preschool room which consists of children from ages 3-5. Previously, I have been based in a baby room which consisted of children between the ages of 4 months - 18 months and a toddler room consisting of children 18 months-3 years old. I have babysat for many children who attend the nursery I work at and regularly babysit for two families.
My Qualifications
I hold a Level 2 and Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification. I have achieved my Level 2 in Childcare and I am currently working towards my Level 3 Childcare qualification. I am Paediatric First Aid trained, Safeguarding trained and I am the First Aid and Health & Safety assistant officer within my setting. I have a recently updated fully enhanced DBS check which I am happy to supply proof of :)
My Availability
My days off from work can vary due to staff shortages at times. Please message me if you have a certain date and I can arrange!
I am free weekends, evenings and some weekdays.
