My Experience

I have experience caring for children through both personal and professional settings. I previously worked as an au pair in Australia where I cared for three children of different ages, helping with daily routines, activities, meals, playtime and general supervision. This helped me develop patience, responsibility and confidence when working with children in a busy family environment.

I also have experience supporting individuals with additional needs, which has helped me build understanding, empathy and strong communication skills. Alongside this, I am currently completing safeguarding training and beginning work within schools as a Teaching Assistant through agency work, which is allowing me to continue developing my experience working with children of different ages and needs.

I am confident helping to create a safe, calm and supportive environment for children and enjoy building positive relationships with both children and parents.

My Qualifications

I studied Health and Social Care at college, where I developed knowledge around child development, safeguarding, communication and supporting individuals’ wellbeing. I also achieved my GCSE qualifications at school and am currently continuing to build my experience working with children through Teaching Assistant agency work and safeguarding training.
Alongside my childcare experience as an au pair in Australia and supporting individuals with additional needs, I also hold an Enhanced DBS check.

My Availability

I currently have flexible availability for occasional babysitting, including evenings, weekends and some weekdays depending on my agency work schedule. I am happy to help with ad-hoc babysitting, date nights, after school care or weekend support where needed.
As I work flexibly, I will always communicate my availability clearly in advance and will do my best to accommodate bookings where possible.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

I offer flexible and affordable babysitting rates depending on the day, time and length of booking. My standard rate is £12–£15 per hour, with evenings and weekends typically at the higher end of the range.
For longer bookings or regular families, I am happy to discuss reduced rates. I always aim to be fair and reasonable while ensuring high quality, reliable care for your children.
