About Me
We are a loving, busy, and neurodivergent household with young children. Sometimes the "executive function tax" gets the better of us, and we are looking for a calm, non-judgmental, and proactive person to help keep our home environment functional and peaceful.
The Role
We don’t need a rigid deep-cleaner; we need a "Home Support Partner." Your goal is to spend one hour a day helping us reset. Because every day is different, we are looking for someone with the intuition to see what needs doing, paired with a quick check-in with us.
My Requirements
Rotating tasks may include:
• Practical Tidying: Clearing surfaces, loading/unloading the dishwasher, or folding a basket of laundry.
• Food Prep: Chopping veggies, prepping snacks for the kids, or starting a simple tray-bake dinner.
• Maintenance: Helping us stay on top of the "little things" that pile up.
About You
• Compassionate & Non-Judgmental: You understand that a messy house isn't a reflection of character.
• Intuitive: You’re comfortable walking into a room, seeing what needs to happen, and jumping in.
• Neuro-Affirming: You are patient and comfortable around young children and understand (or are willing to learn) how neurodivergent brains operate.
• Reliable: Since this is just one hour a day, your consistency is what makes the biggest difference to our family’s stress levels.
