We’ve been incredibly lucky to have Scarlett looking after our two boys (now aged 2 and 4) since they were very young, and we genuinely couldn’t have hoped to find a more wonderful person to care for them.
From the moment we met Scarlett, she stood out. She paid close attention to every detail, really listened to us, observed how we parented our children, and took our routines and boundaries seriously. It gave us immediate confidence that she understood how important consistency and trust are when caring for young children.
Scarlett has gone above and beyond to get to know each of our boys as individuals. She has taken the time to understand their personalities, their little quirks, and what works best for each of them, always adapting her approach with thought and care.
She is endlessly patient, reliable, fun, and calm, while also being firm when needed. Above all, she is genuinely kind, loving, and deeply invested in the children's happiness and wellbeing. Our boys absolutely adore her.

I can't imagine having entrusted our boys to anyone else - Scarlett made my transition back to work much easier.

Scarlett is an incredibly genuine and trustworthy person, and she has become such an important part of our family's life. Although our childcare needs are changing, we will continue to rely on her whenever we can because our boys love spending time with her, and so do we.
