About Me

I’m a 24 year old female, who will have obtained a PGCE by the summer. I have lots of experience working with children in educational and social environments. I’m a friendly, supportive, smiley and approachable person.

My Experience

I graduated in August 2023 with a BSc degree in Childhood Studies where the course focused on policy and the rights of children and young people across a variety of disciplines. Whilst studying, I worked as a specialist support worker for children who had experienced early trauma and therefore have training in trauma informed care. My previous role was that of a specialist tutor in an independent education provision, and therefore have experience working 1 to 1 with children with advanced special educational needs. I have previously nannied in a family with 4 wonderful girls and spent last summer as an au pair in Italy. I am currently completing my PGCE and have secured a job in a local primary school in September.
