I am a qualified chef and enjoy cooking for family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy running, yoga, nature, music and traveling.

I have two daughters currently at university, and I work as a mental health recovery worker.
In my previous job I ran a mother and baby hostel for 6 years.
I supported new mums to care for their newborns, a job I was very passionate about.
I have a lot of experience with working and caring for newborns and feel I have a lot of knowledge to share with new parents, I’m am not a trained maternity nurse.
When my daughters were younger I also used to childmind for friends children after school.
