My Experience
After gaining valuable experience working in a nursery setting for 10 years as a dedicated room leader, I have developed a deep understanding of children's needs and how to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for them to thrive. With this wealth of knowledge and expertise, I have decided to take the next step in my career by establishing my own childminding business. I am excited to bring my passion for early childhood education and my commitment to providing high-quality care to a smaller, more personalised setting where I can truly make a difference in the lives of the children in my care.

My Availability
I offer flexible hours from 7:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday, as well as availability during school holidays. Additionally, I provide drop-off and pick-up services for children attending St. Stephen's Primary School in Welling. This convenient option allows parents to have peace of mind knowing that their child's transition to and from school is seamless and stress-free.

My daughter has been with Maria for almost a year, starting when she was 17 months old, and she absolutely loves her time there. She talks about Maria every day and has settled in so well.
She enjoys the meals Maria provides, has made lovely friendships with the other children, and always comes home happy. There are also great activities, including trips to the library, playgroups, and the park in warmer weather.
It’s very reassuring as a parent to know your child is happy, safe, and well cared for. I’m very grateful for the care Maria gives the children.

My daughter was with Maria (soc) up until last year when we moved away from the area and still now she asks to see her and tells me stories of things they did together. She misses her very much and this shows how good she was. She was very flexible, always gave them healthy, nutritious meals and snacks. I felt happy and comfortable leaving my daughter with her. :)

My daughter loves Maria. She absolutely loves to spend days with Maria and always goes in with a smile on her face. For myself as a working parent, knowing that my daughter is happy and being really well cared for is such a fantastic support. Maria cared incredibly for my daughter. Very kind, helpful, careful and professional. I would highly recommend her childcare to anyone.

Maria started looking for my little one when he was just over 6 months old. She has provided a very safe, fun and nurturing environment for him. She is very caring, provides lots of activities and outings for him (playgroups, park, library etc.), and healthy delicious home cooked meals. He adores his time with her (he always has the biggest smile when we arrive at her door!) and has been learning a lot. Maria sends us updates throughout the day with photos and videos. I highly recommend Maria!

Maria is very nice, lovely, kind, friendly and responsible, my kids are enjoying spending time with her. She is always on the phone if I have something in my mind, about my the kids, or if I want to check on them, she can send a picture straight away. I strongly recommend Maria❤️

Maria (Soc) is absolutely amazing in what she does. She is super flexible which is very important to us, i am glad that i have chosen Maria as our Childminder. Our little one has been with Maria for a while now and he adores her very much, loves her cuddles a lot. Maria’s home cooked meals are super delicious, healthy. Always makes sure my little one is well fed and happy at all times. Even better, keeps me updated with his activities, meals during the day through videos and pictures which makes me feel reassured whilst at work. Thank you for all you do for A, going above and beyond. ❤️

I have 3 children and all well looked after by Socorro. She always puts there needs first. Expect your children fed well with freshly cooked meals and variety of fruits for snack.
