I’m fun, energetic and very hands-on. I love music, singing, dancing, messy play, crafts, baking, exploring outdoors and finding fun activities wherever we are. I’m happy to get involved and don’t mind getting messy! I’m caring and calm while also bringing lots of energy and fun. I’m happy to help with childcare-related chores, children’s laundry, tidying and pet care too. I’m very comfortable with shy children and love building their confidence and creating a strong bond with them. Parents have called me the “magnetic fairy” because children seem to approach me wherever I am, even when I’ve never met them before! I love creating a happy, safe and loving environment where children can be themselves.
My Experience
I have 4 years’ experience working in a private nursery, mainly in the baby room with children from 4 months to 2 years, as well as toddlers and preschoolers. I also have 5+ years of babysitting and nannying experience, including caring for babies from 3 months old. I’m confident with sole-charge care of babies and toddlers, nanny shares and looking after multiple children at once. I’m experienced with bottles, naps, weaning, teething, routines and keeping little ones happy and entertained. I currently work as an after-school nanny Tuesday-Friday, 3pm-8pm, and I know the Richmond and Kew area very well. I have lots of references from local families.
