Hiya! I am Laura, a Spanish liable babysitter with work experience and academic knowledge of children’s behavior and development.
My Experience
I have worked as a babysitter for three years now with children from two years old. I have also worked as a Teaching Assistant for my university’s placement in two occasions; the first one was a 3-month long placement at a nursery setting, and the second one at a Primary school, where I worked with many year groups (from Year 1 to Year 6). Additionally, when I go back home for holidays, I work as a free-time monitor at child parties.
Nonetheless, being on my last year of university doing a degree in Education, Psychology and Special Educational Needs, allows me to have a very broad understanding on children’s behavior, learning processes and thinking and emotional development.
My Qualifications
Regarding my studies, I have completed Secondary and Higher Education, GCE, an i-act Certificate on Understanding and Promoting Mental Health and Well-Being, and a Training on Children’s Safety and Well-being. I’m on my last year of university doing a degree in Education, Psychology and Special Educational Needs. I also have my DBS check
