? Live-In Housekeeper / Mother's Help Wanted — Chelsea, London
We are a warm, close-knit family based in Chelsea looking for a special person to join our home and become a trusted part of our daily life.
We have two young children — aged 2 and 4 — who are curious, full of energy, and absolutely wonderful. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves being around little ones at this age, and who will bring the same warmth and care to our family as they do to the children.
The role is a mix of housekeeping and mother's help — keeping our home running smoothly while supporting with the children's day-to-day routines, activities, and care. You will be very much part of the family, not just the household.
My Requirements
What we are looking for:
• Someone warm, kind, and genuinely easy to be around — for us as well as the children
• Experience with young children, ideally toddler age
• A calm, steady presence — especially on the harder days
• Someone who naturally follows the family's lead and observes before stepping in
• Discreet and respectful of our privacy and family life at all times
• A natural sense of boundaries — knowing when to be present and when to give space
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
• Comfortable in a multicultural home — we are an Arabic-speaking family and our home reflects that
• Halal household — this is important to us
