About Me

I am a 45 year old female living in Brighton. I am positive, encouraging, nurturing, trustworthy and a people person. I love to see children of all ages and abilities thriving and developing and believe loving care and support balanced with consistency and boundaries is key to the success of that development.
I am friendly and reliable.
I love cooking and baking, playing games, dog walking and spending time with family.

I would be happy to take on regular processional child care or babysitting and am flexible to meet the needs of you and your child/children.

My Experience

I worked as a qualified midwife for 17 years and have extensive experience caring for newborns and children of all ages.
I have run a youth group for youth with behavioural challenges for 10 years and been a kids pastor.
I have been a host family for a children's charity to provide respite care for at risk children.
I also have recently worked as a TA for special education needs and behaviour management.
Currently I manage a foodbank and community support cafe helping those struggling to access support of all kinds

My Qualifications

I have a 1st class BSC (hons) degree in midwifery studies.
Food hygiene certificate.
First aid in the workplace qualification.
Clean driving license for 27 years.
