My Requirements

Housekeeper / Nanny – NW3, London
Full-time role shared between two neighbouring families (40 hrs/week guaranteed)

We are two international families living opposite each other in a mansion block in Hampstead (NW3), jointly looking for one brilliant person to support both households. Each family offers 20 hrs/week, giving you a stable, full-time position. Scheduling is flexible within reason, we're happy to discuss how hours are distributed across the week to suit everyone.

*Family A – 20 hrs/week*
Busy working parents with one boy, age 4.

Must have:
•? ?Regular cleaning of a 3-bed, 2-bath flat, with occasional deep cleans
•? ?Daily tidying, maintenance and organisation
•? ?Laundry and ironing
•? ?Meal prep – simple cooking and prepping ingredients
•? ?Seasonal organisation (wardrobe swaps, etc.)
•? ?School pick-up 2–3x per week (10-min walk) and assist with bath time

Nice to have:
•? ?Occasional evening babysitting (~5 hrs, ad hoc)

Scheduling note: Afternoon availability preferred on school pick-up days.

*Family B – 20 hrs/week*
Busy working parents with one child, age 3 (full-time nursery), and a newborn expected in autumn - mother will be on maternity leave from then.

Must have:
•? Regular cleaning of a 3-bed, 2-bath flat, with occasional deep cleans
•? ?Daily tidying, maintenance and organisation
•? ?Laundry and ironing
•? ?Meal prep – simple cooking and prepping ingredients & freezer prep
•? ?Seasonal organisation (wardrobe swaps, etc.)
•? Daytime childcare: 1 – 2 hrs watching a newborn once baby arrives, potentially growing to 2 – 4 hrs as baby gets older

Nice to have:
•? ?Occasional nursery drop-off (10 min walk, drop-off between 8:30–9:00am, ad hoc)
• Occasional evening babysitting (ad hoc)

The right person for this role:
You're warm, reliable, and used to working in busy family homes. You're comfortable moving between two households and adapting to slightly different needs. Experience with young children and/or newborns is a plus. Both families are international, so flexibility and good communication matter.
