Lauren has helped our family through a challenging time with a very active toddler! She is very caring, kind, pleasant person to be around.

She took our toddler to classes and has always kept transparent and open communication - what they are up to, what they are doing and so on.

Needless to say she is extremely tidy, neat person who installs great hygiene habits from a very young age - it was important to us!!

We are keeping in touch with Lauren as she is just a lovely person and hope she can support another family who needs help!
