About Me
I’m currently a full-time mum to a 5-year-old girl and a 2 year old boy, and I’m looking for part-time work in child care. I truly love spending time with children and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for them.
I’m passionate about healthy eating and enjoy preparing nutritious meals and snacks. I also believe in keeping children engaged with age-appropriate activities, whether it’s creative arts and crafts, outdoor play, or reading together.
As a parent myself, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, and creating routines that help children feel secure and happy.
Please note: I would also be caring for my 2 year old son. This can be a wonderful opportunity for your child to have a built-in playmate, which encourages social interaction, sharing, and lots more fun together.
My Experience
I have experience working with children aged 0–10 years, supporting their development through structured routines, play-based learning and positive behaviour management.
I previously worked as a cheerleading coach within a primary school setting, where I managed groups of children, encouraged teamwork and confidence, and effectively supported positive behaviour.
As a full-time mum to my two children, aged 2 and 5, I have hands-on daily experience with early years development, establishing routines, and creating a safe, nurturing and engaging home environment.

Clean driving licence
My Availability
9.30-2.30 Monday-Friday, happy to do selected days also. Potentially can do odd baby sitting Saturday/Sunday evening
My Fees
- Babysitting from £17.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
£15 per hour
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Anstey First School

Lauren has helped our family through a challenging time with a very active toddler! She is very caring, kind, pleasant person to be around.
She took our toddler to classes and has always kept transparent and open communication - what they are up to, what they are doing and so on.
Needless to say she is extremely tidy, neat person who installs great hygiene habits from a very young age - it was important to us!!
We are keeping in touch with Lauren as she is just a lovely person and hope she can support another family who needs help!
Great and trustworthy addition to any home!!
