Warm and Nurturing,

We feel incredibly blessed to have had Fahmida care for our 3 year old daughter from when she was just 10 months old. From day one, she has provided not only a safe and nurturing environment but also a loving and supportive space where our little girl has truly flourished.

One of the things we appreciate most is how collaborative Fahmida is. She takes the time to listen to any challenges we are facing and works closely with us to develop thoughtful plans to support our daughter. Her dedication and partnership with us as parents have made such a difference, ensuring our little one receives consistent care, guidance, and encouragement both at home and in her setting.

Over the years, Fahmida has watched our daughter grow from crawling to walking, running, dancing, and singing. She has encouraged her as she found her voice, helping her learn to express her emotions and thoughts so eloquently. It has been truly heartwarming to see how much our daughter has thrived under her care.

She has also supported us in ways beyond childcare. During my breastfeeding journey, she was incredibly accommodating and encouraging, allowing me to provide expressed milk for my daughter until she was 1.5 years old. Her understanding and support meant so much to me, making what could have been a challenging experience feel effortless and valued.

She keeps us informed every step of the way, providing daily updates on meals, activities, and the curriculum covered, along with beautiful pictures of our daughter enjoying her day. The Montessori activities are great and loved by the children, something we can replicate at home to maintain their learning. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is in such wonderful hands.

What makes Fahmida even more special is her kindness and respect for our entire family. As Muslims, we are so grateful for the way she has shared Islamic knowledge and values with our daughter in a natural and loving way. She has treated us as parents, as well as our 8 year old son (who does not attend her setting), with the utmost warmth and care, making us feel truly valued and supported.

She also prepares fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals daily for the children, ensuring they are well-fed and cared for in every way. It is no surprise that our daughter lovingly calls her “Grandma Auntie”, a name that has extended to our whole family, reflecting the deep bond we all share with her.

Fahmida has celebrated every milestone, nurtured our daughter’s learning, and played an irreplaceable role in her early years. We cannot thank her enough for the love, patience, and dedication she has shown.
