My Requirements

Hi,

My wife and I are looking for a nanny to help care for our 3.5-year-old son. We live near Clapham Junction.

We are both working professionals and typically work from home one day a week, so this would primarily be a sole-charge role.

Our preference would be for a nanny who can:

1) Work 35–40 hours per week during term time (12:00–7:00 pm).
2) Work 50–55 hours per week during school breaks (half-term and full-term holidays).
3) Ideally (though not essential), help with morning routine and pre-school drop-offs (7:30–8:45 am).
4) We are open to discuss additional hours during term time if nanny is open to assisting with cooking and light housework/ cleaning.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, caring, well-educated, and trained in childcare. The role would involve playing with our son, cooking healthy meals, doing his laundry, and supporting his learning through fun, screen-free activities. We would also love for the nanny to be social and proactive in building a local network—organizing playdates, and taking him to museums, classes, and other engaging activities.
