About Me
I am a fully registered childminder with the Care Inspectorate. I live in Kirkintilloch with my partner Mark, our daughter Cora and Mark's other children Matthew and Lauren, who live with us part time. We also have a rescue dog called Mila who has an outdoor kennel to give her some peace and quiet.
Previously, i was a Registered Veterinary Nurse for over 20 years and a respite foster carer for children for 4 years. My study with the Open University helped me broaden the knowledge required for working with children, so it has helped me greatly as a childminder.
I aim to offer children a safe and happy place to spend time, to learn and to have lots of fun as part of our little family. I aim to provide a range of indoor and outdoor child led play experiences where the children and I can have fun together and learn about the world together.
My Experience
I have 4 years experience as a respite foster carer with Falkirk Council. I've been a mum since 2020 to a wonderful little girl. I became a childminder in 2022.
