My Requirements

1. Full-Time Care: I need a childminder who is available on a full-time basis while I’m at work.

3. Consistent Routine: I would like the childminder to follow a consistent daily routine that includes time for learning, play, meals, and naps.

4. Safe and Nurturing Environment: It’s essential that my children are cared for in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where they feel comfortable and secure.

5. Social Skills Development: The childminder should encourage interactions with other children, fostering my kids' social skills and helping them learn how to share, cooperate, and build friendships.

6. Communication: Regular updates on my children’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns are important to me. I would appreciate a childminder who is communicative and transparent.

7. Experience and Qualifications: Ideally, the childminder should have experience with children of similar ages and relevant qualifications in early childhood education or childcare.
