About Me

I am an Italian-born lady who has lived in the UK for over 20 years. I have more than two decades of experience in childcare, having worked as a nursery nurse and room leader in various schools across London and in Hitchin. I am also an artist, and I speak three languages: Italian, English and Portuguese.

I am currently working as bank staff in a nursery school in Hitchin, which allows me the flexibility to focus on my artistic career. I live close to St Andrew’s School and Strathmore Nursery School, and I am looking for after-school care opportunities. I am also open to nanny positions for a few days a week.

I would love to work with a warm and welcoming family, where I can share my childcare experience as well as my Italian, Portuguese and creative skills.

My Experience

When I was living in Italy, I worked in various roles as a babysitter and nanny. Since moving to the UK in 2001, I have developed my career in childcare by completing my NVQ Level 3 Childcare and Education and a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies, as well as working in day nurseries, children centres and primary schools across London, where my experience and knowledge grew. I have also worked as an Early Years Educator in a very well-regarded nursery school in Hitchin.
