My Requirements

I am currently on Mat leave and looking at childcare options for my kids for when I return to work in Jan 2027. Following are 2 options I am considering:

1) Wrap around care only. 3/3.30 - 5.30/6pm (Mon, Tue, Thus) (Might need Friday later)
Need someone to pick up the older 2 from St Martins at 3.20pm bring them home, give them dinner and do some homework/let them play, and then either pick up the baby from Monkey puzzle or look after older two whilst one of us picks baby up from Monkey puzzle. Either one of us should work from home most days, so will be around from 5 ish, and need an extra pair of hands to help with kids till bath time which is round 6pm.

2) Nanny 8.30-5pm (Mon, Tue, Thus) (Might need Friday later)
Drop older 2 off at St Martins and look after baby at ours. Take her to play groups in the morning, nap and afternoon at home. Pick older 2 up at 3.25pm from St Martins, and as above till one of us finishes work at 5pm. If both of us have to be in the office on a particular day, might need help till 6pm.
