Olivia has been an absolute joy to have as part of our family. She looked after our two daughters, who were three and one when she started, for over a year.
She is incredibly caring, proactive and confident, always coming up with fun activities and adventures for the girls and happily taking them out and about. Both our daughters absolutely adored her and formed such a special bond with her.
Olivia is kind, polite, patient and firm when needed, with a lovely approach to boundaries and discipline. She was also organised, reliable, always punctual and respectful of our home.
Although our girls are now in nursery and school, we still love seeing Olivia on an ad hoc basis. She has become a very special person to our family, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a wonderful, trustworthy and loving nanny.
