About Me

I am fully qualified obtaining a NVQ level 2 and also a Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NNEB/NVQ3). I qualified in 2001. Hold a full UK driving license and also have a car.
I have had experience with a wide age range from new born through to mid teens.
I am extremely calm, fair, firm, honest, trustworthy, fun, polite, loving, caring, understanding, well organised, loyal and most importantly patient. All of these are crucial when working with children and I feel I am valuable to both child/children and their families.

I enjoy working with all ages but really enjoy the early stages 0-3. I find all my work placements very rewarding and fun. I was a sole charge nanny/ P.A for my first family for 12 years. Whilst my charge I careed for was in full time school I had other jobs working with local families during school hours to keep me occupied. I went to work in New York for a while to work with a family to settle them in.
My next role was with a 9 month old and mum went on to have another little one whilst I was there I was with this family for just over 6 years.
My last role was caring for 3 children. I started when there was just 1 and then 2 more came along and I have 3 under 4. Has sole charge of the last 2 from when they were 12 weeks old. Sadly they have relocated to Cornwall. I was with them for just over 4 years.
