My requirements are ad hoc. I work long days on variable shifts in the NHS Monday to Sunday from 7:30 to 8:00 pm. During the weekdays, I would prefer someone who can pick my son from Saint John Fisher Primary School from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
