Hi! I’m a University of Glasgow student studying for a Joint Honours Degree in Classics and Theatre. I completed a CertHE in Humanities at the University of Cambridge in 2023, and I’m currently offering affordable, reliable childcare for families in Glasgow.
I enjoy supporting children through creative and engaging activities such as arts and crafts, music and dance, and reading. I’m also happy to help with homework and classroom learning through worksheets, educational games, and playful learning.

Faith & Cultural Sensitivity
I am a practising Christian and can provide Christian-centred childcare upon request (such as faith-appropriate stories, prayer, or activities). I am equally respectful and supportive of families of all faiths and beliefs, and I have extensive experience working with Muslim children and families. I always follow each family’s religious, cultural, and personal preferences.
Availability Note
I will be unavailable from 18th–28th December due to visiting family for Christmas.
Important Notices
- I provide care for children aged 3 and above
- I am not able to provide care for babies
- I am not qualified to work with children with severe additional needs, but I do have experience supporting children with autism across the spectrum.
- I am happy to work with children with limited English, provided I am informed in advance and given key phrases in the child’s native language (e.g., “I’m hungry,” “I need the toilet,” “I am hurt,” etc.)
My Experience
I have worked as a 0–5s children’s playgroup assistant, as well as for a company providing entertainment and care for children with SEND needs. In these roles, I was responsible for both one-to-one care and group supervision, often acting as the sole caregiver.
In addition to this, I have babysat children under 4, including children who do not have English as a first language.
My Qualifications
- Currently studying for a Joint Honours Degree in Classics and Theatre at the University of Glasgow
- Completed a CertHE in Humanities at the University of Cambridge (2023)
- Strong academic background supporting literacy, reading comprehension, and creative learning
- Experience applying educational skills in play-based and structured learning environments.

I am currently available for both daytime and overnight care until 12th January. My availability for daytime and overnight care will change after this date; however, I am more than happy to discuss future availability via WhatsApp.
