About Me
Hello, my name is Chloe and I am a 22-year-old medical student at the University of Plymouth. I will be living in Plymouth from 19th September when my course starts - I am taking a year out of medicine this year to study psychology.
As a medical student, I am fully DBS checked and love looking after kids. I also have a certificate in Basic Life Support (CPR, choking and the recovery position in adults or children). I'm happy to help with homework, activities, cooking dinner etc. in the evening, but also just to be there whilst they're in bed in case I'm needed.
I am happy to travel to babysit but this is usually by bicycle, so I'm comfortable travelling up to 30 minutes away (~5 miles).

My Experience
I started babysitting at the age of 14 so I have around 8 years of experience. The youngest I have worked with is 3 years old and the oldest about 11, but I'm happy to work with children of any age. For full transparency, I have no previous experience working with infants but would be open to this.
My Qualifications
I have no formal childcare qualifications, but I am an ERC (European Resuscitation Council) Basic Life Support provider, meaning I have basic qualifications in CPR, use of a defibrillator (AED), managing choking and managing an unconscious person.
My Availability
My availability changes week by week, but there are no evenings that are always blocked out with a regular plan. I am only available to babysit during the evening/overnight from about 6pm. I can be flexible about this so please get in contact if you have questions. The latest I would be comfortable babysitting until is midnight, or potentially slightly later if you're very local to me.
