Disappointing

I had a disappointing experience after initially connecting with this childminder. She showed early enthusiasm and even bought items to meet my children’s sensory needs, which I appreciated. However, communication became inconsistent—she said she was dealing with personal issues, yet later posted about availability without responding to my follow-up messages.

As a parent, clarity and honesty are essential when considering someone for childcare. I understand life happens, but the lack of transparency and professionalism was really disheartening. I hope this feedback encourages clearer communication going forward.

Hi Sarah

Thank you for this review and bringing this to my attention. I apologise for the delay in responding to this and the lack of clarity and inconsistency you experienced. Working a term time role alongside some personal issues and general family duties I was unable to meet your expectations.
I have taken everything you have highlighted on board and as a result have quit my term time job to be able to commit myself 100% to childminding and the families I support ensuring that they don’t have the same experience you did.
Again I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused.
