I am a kind, caring, creative, energetic individual who enjoys the outdoors. I am hard working and always put 100% into everything I do! Working towards opening my own nursery with my mother as we have a passion for child development! One of the most rewarding things when working with children is seeing them progress and achieve their developmental milestones. I love working with children as they’re all so different, I love their personalities and enjoy watching them learn and navigate through the world in their own ways through fascination, curiosity and creativity. I have always loved helping and looking after people of all ages, seeing their faces light up when they see you and during activities you do with them is a wonderful thing!
My Experience
I grew up in a large family surrounded by children (with me being the eldest). I have 5+ years of babysitting experience. I have also worked as a childminding assistant for 3 years. I have had experience with children of all ages. Throughout my time working with children I have learnt to be firm but fair and silly while also being sensible! I believe it’s important to have a healthy balance and make learning fun! While working as a childminding assistant I would help with preparing lunch, nap time, setting up activities, creative play, reading, outdoor activities, days out and carrying out of age educational activities.
My Qualifications
5 GCSEs A* - C
Level 2 in Child Development.
Level 3 in Health and Social care.
Level 3 in Creative Media & Photography
Undergraduate at University studying Criminology with Psychology (currently taking time out)
