About Me
Parents of a cheerful little boy who likes days filled with adventure, we both work full-time and are doing up our flat in Bristol which we have recently moved into, so we really do have our hands full! Our boy has an older brother and older sister and currently attends nursery on Mondays and Thursdays (term time only). His “Gammy” watches him regularly but we are looking to ease that load for her by welcoming a wonderful nanny on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Fridays. This could be 1 full day on Friday and 2 mornings or afternoons on Tuesday and Wednesday. Our son is quite a little character who loves the outdoors, softplay, swimming, walks, his tricycle, cars, playing ball, playgrounds and puddles! He is plantbased vegan and is British Brazilian (we are bringing him up bilingual). He had his cleft palate repair surgery in March 2023 and has recovered very well. Because he was born with a cleft palate, his hearing is affected with congestion in both ears, so he wears hearing aids on occasion. We are excited seeing his speech improving with these. I feel like Caitlin became part of our family, having her watch our son from baby to toddler was so wonderful, we were fortunate to find such a lovely babysitter nanny! Our son has additional needs and Caitlin just understood what he needed from day one. As a first time mum, I was so nervous about going back to work and leaving my baby, but as soon as I met Caitlin I knew it was going to be fine. We would have continued having Caitlin if we hadn’t moved away from Bath. We will miss her dearly but will be staying in touch! Thanks Caitlin!!! Our son’s “KatKat” x
