Now a little bit about me...
I am a professional and career nanny of more than 24 years of experience working with children from birth (premature also) to teenagers as a Maternity nurse/Nanny/Nanny PA/Governess. I am happy to work shared roles, sole charges and proxy parenting.
I love to see first time parent gaining confidence. I can assist from breastfeeding to weaning (onto formula and/or solid), sleep training, potty training, school homework etc… as well as general household tasks and errands.
I can organise children’s schedule and diary and making sure commitments are kept.
My focus is to encourage children to be independent and have good manners, setting good boundaries, routine and structures. I also am passionate about nurturing their social skills and cultural awareness, stimulating and encouraging self-development. I have a firm yet fair approach regarding discipline however I am really very easy-going (“go with the flow” approach).
