Hi, I’m Ana! I’m a warm, caring and reliable person who really enjoys working with children. I have over 10 years of childcare experience, including working in a private Montessori nursery in London. I especially love caring for babies and young children and enjoy creating a fun, safe and loving environment for them. Spanish is my native language. My Experience
I have experience caring for children of different ages, both as a private nanny and babysitter and in a nursery setting. My most recent experience was working for three years in a private Montessori nursery in London.
I’m confident with all aspects of children’s daily care, including feeding, preparing simple meals and snacks, nappies, naps, bath and bedtime routines, getting children ready for the day, outings and organising fun, age-appropriate activities. I also enjoy supporting children’s development through play, reading, creative activities and exploring the world around them.
I really enjoy getting to know each child and their personality, and I always aim to create a warm, safe and happy environment where they feel comfortable and cared for.
My Qualifications
I’m Level 3 qualified in childcare, with an Enhanced DBS and Paediatric First Aid. I’ve also completed an Introduction to Montessori 0–3 course and, during my three years working in a Montessori nursery, I completed regular training in areas such as safeguarding, child development, SEND, health and safety, food hygiene and children’s wellbeing. I really enjoy learning new things and using what I’ve learnt to give children the best possible care.
My Availability
I’m currently looking for regular or ad hoc childcare work, mainly from Monday to Wednesday.
I’m particularly interested in:
- Regular babysitting
- Ad hoc babysitting
- Ad hoc nanny work
- Part-time nanny arrangements
- Daytime childcare
- Baby and young child care
- Weekend babysitting
For regular or ad hoc nanny work, I’m ideally looking for a minimum of 4-6 hours per booking.
For babysitting, I generally prefer bookings of at least 3 hours, depending on the location.
I’m also available for weekend work, particularly for longer daytime bookings (6-8 hours).
I’m happy to discuss regular arrangements depending on the family’s needs and hours.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
For regular arrangements, I’m happy to discuss the rate depending on the hours, responsibilities and number of children.
