About Me
I am a registered childminder working alongside a childminding agency, caring for children aged 1 to 3 years at my home nursery, Happy Little Petals, in Shepperton. I work with assistants and maintain a 1:3 adult-to-child ratio to ensure high-quality care, safety, and close supervision for young children. My setting includes a dedicated nursery room filled with educational resources, as well as a large garden area with outdoor equipment such as a swing, slide, bicycles, water play station, mud kitchen, and sand tray. These spaces support both structured learning and exploratory play.
I am passionate about helping children learn, grow, and flourish. My goal is to recognise each child’s potential and support them in becoming confident, capable learners who are ready for the transition to school. We achieve this through child-led play-based learning, engaging activities, arts and crafts, outdoor exploration, and daily mindfulness practices.

My Experience
I have previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in Year 2, Year 1, and Reception, gaining valuable experience supporting children at different stages of their early education. I have also worked as a nanny in London, and my last role was as a Pre-school Room Leader and Training Deputy Manager.
Through these varied roles, I have developed a strong understanding of children’s learning, development, and the importance of structured routines in early childhood.
At Happy Little Petals, I aim to provide the highest quality care, learning experiences, and routines to support your child throughout their nursery journey. I believe in building strong partnerships with parents, and you will receive daily feedback about your child’s day, helping us work together to support their development and wellbeing.

We started using Misha’s Nursery when my son had just turned 1. At first, it was difficult to leave him, but Misha and her team reassured me that he would be absolutely fine — and they were right!
The nursery is truly the best in the area: they cook healthy meals, care for all the children, and pay attention to every little detail. We couldn’t be happier with the care and support they provide. My heart is peace when I leave and pick up my child from Misha’s nursery.

Our son Rishaan has been attending Misha’s setting since he was around two years old, and he absolutely loves it. He goes in with the biggest smile every day. Misha and the team have been brilliant throughout, and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My son has been going to misha’s since September, within this short spam of time he has learnt so much, Iam always surprised when I hear him use new words. He happily walks to mishas door during drop off. I am so glad to have found the perfect place for my baby. Thank you misha and team for all that you do. Xx

I thank my lucky stars I found Misha & team to care for my daughter. I was anxious about leaving her for the first time but I shouldn’t have been! My daughter excitedly runs in to Mishas every morning and greets me with laughs and smiles when I pick her up. Her day filled with all kinds of play, a healthy meal, outdoor fun, reading, educational activities , the list goes on. All round brilliant!

My son who is only 14 months old has
been in Misha’s care for over a month now and as a working parent, I feel fortunate that I found Misha who is caring, nurturing and patient. She has created a warm and welcoming environment and full of educational play. It feels like a second home for my son in Misha’s place and I feel at ease that he is being taken care of so well. Thank you Misha! x
