About Me

I am a mum to two secondary school children. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, baking and knitting.

My Experience

I have worked for 9 years as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
I have experience of supporting children in their learning ( reading, writing, phonics and Maths). I like to engage learners' through the use of practical resources, real life experiences, art and creative activities.
A child's learning can be greatly improved through patience, positive feedback and lots of encouragement.
My qualifications include:
- Masters degree ( English Literature).
- Level 3 Supporting, teaching and learning in schools
