My Requirements

We are looking for a nanny/ PA to join our family and business. This can be either a full time role or 2 part time roles. You will be involved in helping to organise and manage both our family life (50%) and also admin support for the directors in the business (50%). There will also be office management duties (booking meetings/ organising team events/ team travel and accommodation etc). There may be some over night stays when the directors are abroad on business. A sense of humour is essential along with being able to 'muck in' and juggle numerous balls.

Our business is about to go through a hugely busy period and we need to ensure that the kids have a stable home life - with someone who they see is part of our family there to ensure all their needs are met. We're totally kid centric - my mother in law says soft!!! - and love our fun, happy, noisy family home.

This role wouldn't suit someone who is looking for a predictable daily routine. You will be part of the team but also having exposure back into the directors family life so discretion is a must.

Important stuff:
Driving licence needed.

Standard holidays
Flexibility needed for some evenings/ overnight stays - typically planned but some times ad hoc as per client demands. Where this happens time will be given off in lieu or overtime paid.
Occasional travel abroad with us as a family when we are travelling for business during the summer holidays.
This can be either an employed role of self employed.
If you are employed you will also enjoy all the fab perks of the team.
